It was really exciting for me to chat about my new book, "Shame-Free Parenting," on CPR today! We dug into some of the issues that parents face in today's world, especially the pressure to be perfect and the impact of social media. I made sure to highlight the idea of "good enough parenting" and how consistency in parenting rules can be a game-changer for kids.
As we roll into the holiday season, we touched on handling the ups and downs as parents, and I shared some thoughts on managing expectations and focusing on family bonds and routines.
