“Africa invades my soul the moment my feet touch the dusty earth...and no matter how many times I go on safari, the excitement and adrenaline rush is always the same!

My favorite countries for safari are Zimbabwe and Zambia, though it really is hard to narrow it down! The more off the beaten path you go, the more intense and raw the safari experience is. This is where the walking safari was born, and nothing compares with it. For me, it's not just about the wildlife, but also about becoming part of the local landscape, going deeper and connecting with people and cultures on a more intimate level. A safari is a once in a lifetime bucket list trip for so many, and nothing makes me happier than curating a bespoke safari adventure for my clients!”

🐘Consider 2024 instead of 2023! The best safari properties are small, usually between 6 - 12 tents. So they book up well in advance. The earlier you can start planning the better.

☀️Consider a few nights at the beach (we love Zanzibar and the beaches of Mozambique!) on the front end of your trip to get over jet lag so you can fully enjoy your safari.

🎈Splurge for the hot air balloon at dawn - it’s an epic experience!

If you are traveling to Italy with us - you can be sure we will suggest adding Truffle Hunting to your itinerary! The most fun!

We arrived just as the white Truffle season kicked off - and these amazing hounds worked hard and found a precious one!

As the season progresses, the price per kilo for a white Truffle can reach 5,000 Euros or more.

The experience was so fun - always a good idea to take walk in the woods with cute dogs and learn about Truffles! Followed by a delicious lunch with views over the Tuscan hillside - and for starters?
