We hate to say it, but it’s the last two days of service at Stoic and Genuine, everybody. We’d love to see you! 💚
Today’s our last happy hour, and tomorrow is our last day of service ever. We’d love for you to swing by, Denver friends! 💚

You’ve probably heard that we’ve made the difficult decision to close our beloved Stoic & Genuine at the end of August. It’s been a great ten-year run, but difficult times require difficult decisions.
We have so much to be thankful for. Our wonderful, loyal guests over the decade. Stellar staffers who made the restaurant an award-winner in so many ways. Creative and dedicated vendors who helped make our food and beverage offerings unique and delicious. It’s been a great ride!
We’d love to see you one last time to sip on a glass of bubbles or slurp a dozen oysters. Afterwards, we’ll be hanging out mostly at rioja, with Bistro Vendôme and Ultreia in the very capable hands of our longtime key people, Tim Kuklinski and Adam Branz.
We all look forward to continuing to serve you.

Here is our shrimp udon bowl, with sauteed shrimp, chili crunch, napa cabbage, soft boiled egg, leeks, green onion, and puffed rice.
Our street corn with yuzu gochujang aïoli and our pan-seared salmon makes a pretty fantastic meal (especially with our cast-iron cornbread on the side). We’re open this week and next, everybody, and we’d love to see you here one last time! 💚
OYSTER HOUR at Stoic & Genuine is every Monday through Friday from 2pm to 5pm — and that means you have just eleven more weekdays to enjoy Oyster Hour here before we close. Grab a friend and come see us, Colorado! 🦪💚

We have some big news! Stoic & Genuine was the first restaurant to open in the historic Denver Union Station after the big revitalization in 2014, and in the decade since we’ve enjoyed a wonderful run feeding all of you. Due to an expiring lease, changing market conditions, and the natural evolution of Crafted Concepts, Stoic & Genuine will close on September 1 of this year. We hope all of you will make it in to eat and drink with us again before then! 💚
