Together we will examine the concept of rest as revolution and learn how we as yoga teachers can gift mindfulness to our students.

💫 To write and lead your own meditations

Born and raised in Colorado, Kayla has been practicing yoga for ten years. Though she has a Power Yoga background, Kayla reinforces the idea that the true yoga practice begins with awareness — not with sweat (though you will most definitely get sweaty in her class!)

Even if you haven’t met Kayla yet, you’ve seen her work — as the founder of , an art and yoga brand, Kayla created the gorgeous mural in our studio lobby!

On Monday, February 26th, our former BIG Power Yoga instructors will guide us through a special practice to honor Marissa’s life and battle with cancer. We encourage donations via the link in bio to help support Marissa’s family.

On Tuesday, February 27th, the following (Bonnie Brae, Denver Highlands on 32nd Ave, and Cherry Creek) will donate 50% of all services to a fund that will support Marissa’s family while they grieve. This season, our theme is : I am, we are.

We will explore accessible and profound tools that will transform your relationship with yourself and the power of boundaries. Learning how to use these tools will leave you feeling empowered and at ease in creating and sustaining fulfilling relationships and community. Through a consistent and powerful physical yoga practice, daily journaling and meditation, dynamic weekly group discussions, and the power of coming together, we will all emerge connected to what is possible for us as individuals and as a community.

Before the program starts, you’ll be put on a team with a team leader so that you can be 100% supported and encouraged! The TRANSFORM teams serve as your resource for any questions, engagement, and FUN (and totally optional) team vs team competition!

WHAT YOU COMMIT TO BY REGISTERING:
🌟 complete 4 or more yoga asana practices a week at BIG / BIG@Home
🌟 attend 1 group meeting per week (either in studio or online)
🌟 daily journaling and meditation
🌟 optional: attend as many community events as you would like hosted by your team leaders!
🌟 PLEASE NOTE: in order to pass onto the next week, you must complete all of the requirements above. Of course you can travel during this program, as everything is online and In person! We’ve found that these requirements support you in expanding the possibility around finishing the whole thing!
