After the new dormers comes the new front porch! Once the siding and trim are added, the facelift will really be complete.

A new renovation is underway! Once the basement is finished, it'll be the perfect hangout space for the teenagers and all of their friends.

In this recent indoor renovation project, we reconfigured the space in the home to be used more efficiently.

Before our project, there was a full bathroom that everyone had access to. The master bedroom lacked a private en-suite bathroom.

As we opened up the area, we were able to carve out sufficient space for a half bathroom that is now the “public” restroom.

That allowed the existing full bath to become a private space for the adjacent master bedroom, creating a true master suite.

Carrying the features of the existing arched opening through to the renovated kitchen really helps to cohesively tie the new construction into the existing house. Little details can make a big difference!

Construction is clearly still ongoing but the clients are loving how the new kitchen is starting to come together. It's currently a space they have to share with their contractor, but soon it'll be all theirs to enjoy!

When our client wanted to renovate their home, to accommodate their adult child's family moving in, the existing tall roof height allowed them to capture a portion of the attic as habitable living space. We love smart uses of space & multigenerational living!

Still waiting on the upper windows to come in to complete the transformation, but when it's all said and done, the homeowners will finally be able to appreciate their spectacular lakefront views.

The additional 2 feet plus opening the wall to the dining room is already making the kitchen feel so much nicer and more spacious. Just wait until it's actually finished!

A lockable built-in cabinet above the HVAC return to keep the cleaning supplies away from the grandkids is a great detail and use of space. When finished, it will compliment the existing kitchen cabinetry.
