Heard this quote this morning and really loved it. Thought it was very fitting, especially with the heat.
Here are some tips for working out in the heat-
1. do it early before the heat gets bad/ work out indoors
2. Hydrate more
3. Shorten workouts
4. Adjust speed/ pace to a slower
Stay hydrated and plan ahead so you can get your workouts in :)
Monday's always seem to be the hardest but when you start your work week a workout- its always a little easier to get on the right track.

Tips to Stay on Track This Weekend!
Plan Your Sweat Sessions: Schedule workouts for Saturday at 7:15 am, 8 am, or 9 am, and yoga on Sunday.
Stay Active: Keep moving even when not in workouts- walk your pups or just walk!

Eclipse Monday was sure a different way to start the week!
Most people had a slightly different schedule today or an extra day off- do you have a plan for the rest of the week for workouts and meals to keep you on track for your health and fitness goals? Set a timer for 5 minutes and you can probably map out quick when you can do it. Take action and follow though.
