We are excited to introduce you to . Cody is a passionate mental health advocate who dedicates his network, time, and talents to hosting an annual Basketball Tournament fundraiser with all proceeds benefiting Mindspring.

This tournament is especially meaningful to Cody as it honors the memory of his best friend, Kevin Kong. Each year, Cody works hard to gather donations for Mindspring, ensuring that community members have access to the support and resources they need to recover and thrive.

Having faced his own mental health challenges, Cody is an incredible advocate, showing others they are not alone and that help is available. Cody owns his own personal training business and is currently going to school to become a licensed mental health counselor. He is dedicated to ending the stigma surrounding mental health and making it a priority.

This year's tournament is on Saturday August 3rd from 9-4 PM at Prairie Trail Sports Complex in Ankeny, IA.
