Please join us for the Downtown Way of the Cross today beginning at 1:30 at First United Methodist Church. We will process through the streets of downtown, stopping to reflect on Jesus' Passion and themes of Social Justice.
Thank you to Anne Marie Cox and Jeanne Wells for the discussion on hunger, The Cafe and St. Mary's, this morning. The show will be rebroadcast on 1150 KWKY tonight at 9:00pm. Thank you also to Roberta Gowin who is a guest of the Cafe for helping talk about hunger and The Cafe!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone that came out the Carillon Concert last night to benefit our organization! A special thank you to The Bridge board for hosting this amazing event!
Connection Cafe is the brainchild of "The Bridge" churches: St. John's Lutheran Church, Des Moines, St. Ambrose Cathedral, DSM First Church, and The Cathedral Church of St. Paul.
Looking forward to our fundraising concert and silent auction, this Sunday at 3PM, at the Episcopal Cathedral of St. Paul 815 High Street. Lots of great items to bid on, and an amazing concert on the Carillon.
