Today I was able to bridge my close friend with and one of my personal mentors and close friends Terry .varsity1984 with . I promise these two are real grinders with amazing energy and bright minds leading two great companies. Maybe we will see a vodka/hotsauce 🤷🏽‍♂️ If it’s hot sauce for me it’s Lola’s . Barbers how can you be so good but can’t get 100 people to like u and come see u twice a month . I see too many barbers today relying on walk ins , there’s people imitating barbers on every corner… then there’s barbers out here that really putting into their craft , staying active…. The choice is yours . U gonna wait or you gonna go get 100 friends that you want in your chair !! That want to support u ?

I hear yall asking for help but then I’m looking at your activity and actions and it’s not adding up .

Here’s some motivation for u when you are ready to get disciplined and locked in .

45 minute slots

Sun 12-3 pm. 4 cuts
Monday 10-7pm 12 cuts
Tuesday off
Wed 11-6:30 10 cuts
Thurs 10:30 -7:30 pm 12 cuts
Friday 10:30-6 pm -10 cuts
Sat off

36 hours a week

🚨 this is the bare minimum and since even the average barbers price point is $40 .

If u average $40 per service on 36 hour work week
48 services per wk $40= $1920 Wkly
= $7680 monthly

= $99,840 yearly
- $11500 -13 k booth and products
🚨 and you better pay Uncle Sam 🤷🏽‍♂️

This is math for 96 friends coming to support u bi weekly .

Now of course some of you will earn and want more , be in demand . This was for the bare minimum.

Now how do you get the clients ? Find a mentor , ask a veteran barber who’s spinning , sign up for , go follow , , google how to get new clients as a barber , get creative and think outside the box !!!After that dm me if u still need help .

This is a reminder to all barbers 💈 struggling, aspiring barbers 💈 , students and apprentice…. No one started out booked . Learn good habits , be consistent, you got to want it as bad as u want to breath ,….. quit sitting down in the shop strolling through your phone with no purpose ‼️ Watch a veteran barber cut , see how they interact with their clients , get a sign and stand outside the shop to draw walk ins , go pass cards out to surrounding businesses, introduce yourself…. Activity Wins !! Get with a mentor and come up with a plan … NOW EXECUTE DAILY ‼️
