I'll be cooking Thursday and delivering Friday, so get your orders in by Thursday morning. I'm looking to deliver between 3 and 5, but as always if that don't work just let me know.

This summer has been summering!! So much family time, travel, many adventure and tons of memories made! Anyone else? 🙋‍♀️

BUTTTTT..that means I've been neglecting you all, and I miss you! Also, I have had a couple people ask for some enchies so I figured I would see if anyone wanted some!

It's gonna be a bit different tho, my weekend is still busy coming up, so here's the thing! I will take orders till Wednesday morning then deliver on Thursday. For those available I will deliver around noonish, for those that work during the day I will deliver around 6ish.

1. They're delicious, filling and easy! You can snack on them just as they are or doctor them up to a full on casserole if you'd like!
2. There will be a big break again 😞 I know, I know. But when there a chance for family time, I always take full advantage of it ♡ there's nothing sweeter! I won't be back cooking until the end of april, so order today.
3. Easter is coming! Such a great way to feed incoming family/friends, before or after the big Easter meal. Even kids love them so it's a great alternative for picky eaters. And most importantly, they freeze well!! So when you're pooped out from all the Easter fun, what a relief to know you have a quick easy dinner waiting in the freezer for you!

Hello Everyone it's enchilada time again! Get your orders in now through Thursday ♡ cooking Friday and delivering on Saturday. PLEASE let me know if Saturday does not work for you and we can make arrangements.

Fernando is also making his famous salsa!!! Pico and restaurant style salsas are $5, tomatillo and guacamole salsas are $6 a container. Each can be made to the heat level of your liking.

Tomorrow marks 3 years since our Peachie laid down her suffering and stepped into her eternity. It was a beautiful thing that she wanted my enchiladas as one of her last meals ♡
I can think of no better way to honor her than to spread the love of food with everyone! So today and tomorrow I'll be taking orders, cooking Friday and making deliveries Friday night and Saturday morning. Please let me know which you prefer.

Good morning enchiladians! I know, it's been some time. I got through 2 bouts of covid, additions to the family, loss of others and a whole lot of life change in the middle.

With that being said, I'm back and ready to cook!!

Unfortunately I have to do what I never wanted to, I have to up the price per dozen to $20. It's just not possible for me to keep it low with the wonderful economy we have right now.

Nevertheless, I will be taking orders today and tomorrow morning and start cooking tomorrow afternoon and Saturday. Depending on the orders, I will figure out delivery later.

So...who's hungry for ENCHILADAS!?!??! 😋💕
