One of the best restaurants in Des Moines is closing permanently this month Proof specializes in tasting menu and elevated food in a casual dining experience.
It is with great sadness that we announce Proof will be closing on November 19th.
The last three years have been a special opportunity to experience the incredible creativity and dedication of Chefs Diego and Megan, GM Joe, our superb staff, and everyone who helped us along the way. They have created memories of food, wine, and cocktails that will last a lifetime and their talents are unmatched anywhere.
We hope that our loyal guests and those who have never experienced Proof will come see us one more time and wish our staff farewell.
