Congratulations to Senior Charlie Parcell on winning Back 2 Back CSL North Player of the Year! Charlie has taken in almost every big time award the past 2 seasons. He is a legend at MW, and will go down as one of the best players to ever step foot on the MW baseball field.

Warriors are eliminated in round 1 of the playoffs, as they lose to Von Steuben 2-1 on a walk-off single in the bottom of the 7th. James Lindenmuth threw a CG gem, giving up 1 ER & striking out 10. He ends the season with 82 strikeouts in 49 innings. Carthage is getting a horse.

MW hangs on to beat Deerfield 16-11 in a long, interesting baseball extravaganza. 16 runs helped ease the pain of the 8 errors. Lindenmuth (W) 4 IP, 0 ER, 10 ks. Outlaw reached 5 times w/ 3 H, Parcell went 3-3, & our swift-footed bash brothers (Gil & Rings) each had long homers.

After 689 days, we were finally able to take the field again. So many emotions, but none other than the happiness of starting 1-0. Warriors win 7-0 vs Rolling Meadows. Lindenmuth (W) 5 ip, 10 ks, 1 H. Roa reached base 4 times. Parcell & White w/ 2 RBI each. @ Prospect tomorrow.
