Friday morning a client came in for their first booster after the initial 6 treatment series. When we were talking about how they have been feeling, they told me that at Christmas time they were exhausted from their struggle with depression and had plans to commit su***de. Ketamine had worked for them in the past so they decided to try it again but if it didn’t work, they were done. Fast forward to 6 weeks later and they can’t believe how far away those thoughts of su***de feel, how much better they are feeling, and the excitement they feel about the person they are becoming and the life they are creating.

I’ve always suffered from anxiety and mild/moderate depression. Recently I lost 2 people who were very close to me and started slipping into severe depression. To deal with my depression, I started self-medicating with alcohol and drugs, which concerned me and is what prompted me to seek Ketamine Infusion therapy. After the 1st treatment I laughed for the first time in months. It didn’t erase all the grief and depression after the first session, but i could tell each session I was gradually making improvement to where I could focus again on building healthy routines like with my job, or with exercise, reading, working with my regular therapist, etc. Less than a week after my final treatment in the initial mood series I was almost 100% back to normal. Now I have no desire to abuse substances and as an added side effect I feel less or no fear in doing tasks that used to give me anxiety. I highly recommend Complete Ketamine Solutions in Destin. The staff is very compassionate. They listened and shared advice on what to expect which was a big help in calming my anxiety and fears.
