As part of the AutoWorks Towing & Recovery team, you will respond to calls from our central dispatch, meet with customers to refuel, repair, or tow their disabled vehicle, and provide on-the-spot customer service to otherwise distressed motorists. You will also be responding to Police calls for accident recoveries and Police Ordered Tows.
Our ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills in addition to a pleasant, helpful demeanor that conveys to customers our dedication to their safety and satisfaction.
Tow Truck Operator Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Respond to customers in distress
Respond to Police Calls
Provide refuel services
Provide Jump Start services
Provide Winch-Out services
Transporting vehicle's to a service center
Transporting vehicles to customer destination
Keeping company truck neat, organized and clean
Responding to calls in a safe and timely manner.

Towing Dispatcher Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
`~Answering incoming calls for our roadside assistance and towing customers
~Coordinate and dispatch multiple drivers in a timely manner
~Prepare daily work and run schedules
~Confer with supervisor to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment
~Advise manager about traffic problems such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather, conditions, and another hazard.
~Become knowledgeable in processing tow tickets

Towing Dispatcher Education & Specialized Knowledge:
