Student loans suck but if you can get your payment to be reasonable it’s not the worst thing in the world. It’s report as a positive account paid on time. There is also a program that lets you pay a certain amount of payments over time then get your loans dismissed!

Almost 30 points and still working on getting more off their report. The credit bureau might try to fight you but any item that’s on your credit report requires your signature. So if you didn’t give WRITTEN PERMISSION, they have no PERMISSIBLE PURPOSE unless they get orders from a court of company and jurisdiction . Otherwise they don’t have permission.
