Must be able to provide guests with a memorable experience that represents the true history and charm of our restaurant. Looking for an experienced Pasta Maker to help with the growing demand of our delicious homemade pasta. Every Pasta is made from scratch so we are looking for a dedicated, hard working and motivated person who can meet the high volume demand of pasta we produce. Some knowledge of pasta would help, but isn't necessary. Compensation is based on experience and performance. Five day work week, with most major holidays off.
