~ our professionalism shows in our services and products. When we accept a project--rather large or small, with family/friends or strangers... we are NOT "WORKING FOR YOU", we are providing a service.
It's an insult to our professionalism and disrespectful of our time when customers behave as if our work is "on their time"; even though we treat each and every one of you as if you're our ONLY customer, you're actually not, and the time is very scarce in our line of busy-ness.
If we can respect your time, please respect ours and portray a sense of professionalism that you'd expect of us. as we work together to make your project(s) a ROYAL Masterpiece!
As a customer, it is 'professional' to answer emails timely; respond to messages as soon as possible (if you're not able to, please notify us using our contact numbers and not on social media - unless this is the only form of communication we're using)
NOTE: Most delays and hiccups happen when our customer (YOU) are not being a professional, respectful customer... and this causes a hindrance in your projects being handled like ROYALTY.
