Red Dunn Kitchen is looking for an morning Café Attendant for one of Detroit's Premier Artisan Hotels. The Café Attendant consists of:

- Ability to handle high volume crowds in a timely fashion
- Operates a POS system
- Strong Cash-Handling Abilities
- Flexible, vibrate and positive personality
- Weekends are must
- Ability to report to work daily at 530am and have Café ready for opening by 6am

Red Dunn Kitchen is actively looking for qualified cooks to join our team. Applicants must be able to:

- Lift/Bend/Kneel up to 50lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task between cooking items and preparing items based off of recipes
- Understand basic cooking knowledge of meat temps, egg preparation, etc.
- Serve Safe Certification is a plus

In charge of prepping food and plating dishes according to a restaurant's menu specifications.

Greet customers and answer their questions about menu items and specials. Take food or drink orders from customers. Prepare food and drink orders. Scheduling emoloyeement and receiving reservations.

Takes orders, answers questions about the menu and food, sells the restaurant's food and drinks, takes payment, communicates orders with the kitchen staff, seats customers, and helps with customer service and cleaning.

We are the safe place to eat and stay! We are so passionate about our guests safety so we ensure all areas in the beautiful Trumbull and Porter Hotel and the delicious Red Dunn Kitchen are cleaned with our Clorox 360 machine!
