We, the Grandmont Community Association Youth and Education Committee, are asking the support of all of our friends and neighboring communities to get the word out! Please assist by donating school supplies & backpacks; phoning your friends; passing out the flyer; eblast, or conversing with neighbors. With your help, we can make this a fun-filled event for our children a tremendous success!

We're looking for family-friendly singers, dancers, instrumentalists and more to perform at the Northwest Detroit Farmers' Market. Most Thursdays are open to performers during the farmers' market which runs from 4-8 pm.

Mosaic Youth Theater https://mosaicdetroit.org/ is offering a one-day workshop for our young residents next Friday, July 19th from 2pm - 4pm on the Community House grounds. This micro camp gives young people an opportunity to learn about Mosaic and all they have to offer. The Juneteenth celebration at the Northwest Detroit Farmers' Market was so much fun! Thank you to all the visitors and vendors who came out. The farmers' market will be closed tomorrow in observance of the 4th of July and will be open next Thursday, July 11 at the same time and place!

North Rosedale Park Civic Association will be hosting free yoga at the community house from July to September! The instructor will have traditional and modified chair yoga so that all ages will be able to enjoy the benefits of yoga 🙂

The North Rosedale Park Community House is looking for a part-time administrative assistant to support the operation of community programs and onsite event supervision at the North Rosedale Park Community House and park grounds. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating all reservations for the Community House. Rentals at the Community House range from youth programming to church services to business functions to weddings and other special occasions.
