EARL GREY ICE CREAM - actually better than Earl Grey Tea. We took the long, arduous route to craft this flavor by steeping organic Earl Grey tea leaves into ice cream made to highlight the bergamot citrus and deep flavor of black tea. We avoid using fake tea concentrates and artificial flavors by making our Earl Grey ice cream the same way you would make a cup of tea. This is made using organic tea leaves, milk, cream, cane sugar, egg yolks, salt, and nothing else!

Guys, we’ve been working on something big behind the scenes and we’re finally ready to share: Milk & Froth Ann Arbor is opening…TOMORROW!! We’ve been working tirelessly for the past year to make this happen and couldn’t be happier with the result. We’ll be serving up cold, creamy scoops and fresh waffle cones all year long!

The Ann Arborites that we’ve met through this process have been overwhelmingly kind and welcoming. We’re truly grateful to become a part of such a lovely community.

We have the best customers hands down, both in Detroit and Ann Arbor. It’s only been with your support that we were able to do this. We thank you and are honored to serve you with what we believe is the best ice cream ever.

🌎 a collaboration with for Detroit Month of Design and available at the shop downtown today and for the rest of the month!! This vibrant flavor is a swirl of chamomile and blue moon ice cream, and loaded with slices of tart key lime cake!!

Tony expressed to us his connection and compassion for planet earth as well as his attraction to balance and playfulness. This flavor represents all of that as well as a boundless creativity and relentless authenticity that’s so apparent in Tony’s art.

_Bourbon Brownie - Local favorite, Butcher’s Bourbon lightly spiced and packed with fluffy fresh-baked brownie bits.

_Salted Maple Crunch - Salted dark amber maple with clusters of peanut cornflake brittle.

_Chili Cocoa (vegan/non-dairy) - Cayenne spiced hot cocoa with charming little flecks of cacao.

_Pistachio Truffle - A perfect twisted pair of velvety white chocolate and toasty pistachio.

_Pepper-Mintshake (vegan/non-dairy) - A pretty pink peppermint with candy cane bark and stripes of dark sweet cherry jam.

Jeep x Milk & Froth

In collaboration with Jeep , we've created three extraordinary new ice cream flavors. Made from scratch in with Michigan ingredients, these ice creams were crafted to highlight the Jeep brand & lifestyle. These flavors are some of our best work yet!

Snazzyberry: A make-believe berry that's familiar yet completely untapped. Its varied pigment and mysterious flavorare derived from an eclectic mix of Michigan fruits.

4xe - Electrifying pop rock eruptions, coated with chocolate and plunged into an invigorating blue tart lemon custard.

Mud Terrain - An outdoors-inspired flavor set in a chocolate terrain, grassy paths of matcha marshmallow, scattered stones of chocolate-covered almonds, and mud tracks of dark-cocoa cookies

We sampled these flavors exclusively (and for free!) at the Milk & Froth truck at the Auto Show. We're now serving these in our scoop shop for the remainder of the auto show, unless we run out sooner!

Ferndale friends 💕, you can now pick up pints of Honeycomb, Pecan Brittle, Roasted Strawberry, Malt Cherry Chocolate, and Milk Chocolate at !!! We’re celebrating right along with you 🥳

Hi friends, we’ve got some updates to share, both good and..a little sad.

A little sad 🥲: Heyday (our Core City soft serve pop up) will be going away, at least for now. It was a shorter run than we expected but we’ve loved seeing some of you there every weekend and have truly loved experimenting with incredible soft serve flavors. Have no fear, we will bring soft serve back eventually!

Good 😎: we’re making ourselves a slightly more permanent home in Midtown. The truck will be at the corner of 2nd and Prentis (the Marcus Market lot) on a more regular basis. This week you can find us there Friday-Sunday 5-10pm.

You can also catch a glimpse into our kitchen on Channel 4’s Tasty Tuesday next week.

TOASTED PISTACHIO in Core City Park! Nutty, refreshing, simple, speckled, and creamy..just can’t get enough of this 🥹

Okay..this weekend, and all Summer long !! we’ll be experimenting with soft serve, toppings, and ice cream in various forms. HEYDAY is a Summer ice cream pop-up by Milk & Froth in Core City park. We’ll be there every weekend, and maybe more 😎

The beauty of this pop-up is that the M&F crew will have the ability to showcase their most beloved flavors in the form of soft serve as well as experiment with new flavors, toppings, and products. Like hard scoop ice cream, we’re enamored with the idea of soft serve in its most premium form. No artificial flavors, no chemical stabilizers, etc, just milk, cream, eggs, sugar, and incredible harmonious & flavorful ingredients. For the time being, we’re making dairy soft serve and scooping some of our classic non-dairy flavors. Very soon, we hope to start serving vegan soft serve too! This Summer is going to be an absolute blast and we cannot wait to share it with you ❤️
