Muscari are painted in various shades of blue, cyan or purple. Muscari planted in large groups create a continuous bright "carpet" that adorns the garden in spring. In addition, such a clearing will grow over the years, as the muscari bulbs multiply quite quickly, giving more and more inflorescences.

Muscari belongs to the bulbous plants of the Hyacinth family (Hyacinthaceae). In total, there are about 60 species of muscari, in our latitudes - about 20 species. In nature, muscari grow in the steppes, in the mountains on open slopes, on the edges of the forest, among shrubs and in alpine meadows.

Muscari flowers have another interesting name - “mouse hyacinth”, because, despite their external resemblance to hyacinth, they differ from it in miniature. Phragmipedium Sedenii (longifolium x schlimii). The pollen parent gives this hybrid some nice warmth tolerance. We have quite a few of these available in spike right now. .
