I’m just gonna come out with it: this Strawberry Rhubarb Lavender Streusel pie is $52! I was joking the other day about how fruit pies are Sister Pie’s loss leader, and it’s true. Even though you may look at that price tag and gasp, the reality is we make the least amount of profit on fruit pies versus all other menu items. 🥧 They are the most labor intensive baked good we serve (making and crimping the dough, processing the fruit, etc), and with an average hourly wage of $20, that adds up. We don’t skimp on Michigan berries, peaches, cherries, blueberries, insert whatever is in season), and each pie is piled high with fruit. 💓

We assess our prices on a regular basis to make sure we’re able to keep up with the changing market. It’s a major challenge, and we appreciate your understanding.

Toasted Marshmallow Butterscotch is back, baby! This celebration pie has a layer of bittersweet chocolate ganache, a bold butterscotch filling, and a big pile of toasted marshmallow meringue on top. Come and get it!

This is the last weekend for Coffee Chess! It’s a similar texture to the Salted Maple, minus the salt and with a cold brew syrup we make using .roasterz coffee and plenty of light brown sugar. It tastes like a cup of strong coffee with a touch of cream. ☕️🥧
