Our Analog Speaker class is an especially interesting item to make out of porcelain- easy & fun & they sound great! Changing the shape produces different sounds from your phone/tablet: Longer for deeper tones, shorter with a wider opening for more of a tweeter sound. Adults in the main building, and working on building a crew of exceptionally talented professional artists in the annex building for a ‘tweens art program.

Thanks to Senate Theatre for hosting the work this weekend and for all of the support! We hear it was a fantastic turnout to preserve the largest pipe organ of its kind in the world.

These Luddite speakers work great! The phone or tablet sits in the decorative notch at the top and amplifies the sound.

The circumference, size and splay of the megaphone shapes produce totally different amplifications, more woofer or tweeter sounding.
