2-3 sets of 20 second holds
1. Calves(bent/straight knee)
2. Hip rotators/buttocks- figure 4 or pigeon pose
3. Hamstrings
4. Hip flexors- lunge stretch
5. Low back- lumbar rotations or QL stretch
Foam rolling for the hips & legs
Foam rolling can help prepare you for an activity and also aid in recovery. Consider incorporating this into your pre and post workout routine
