Good evening Buckingham families, Please be informed that our summer school will be closed on Wednesday, June 19th, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday. Summer school will resume regular activities on Thursday, June 20th.

The Buckingham County School Board will hold a public hearing for the purpose of obtaining input on the FY25 Salary Scales at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, in the Cafeteria of Buckingham Middle School.

Good evening from the Food Services Department. Buckingham County Public Schools are participating in the 2024 Seamless Summer Feeding Program and will be providing meals to all children without charge. Those meals can be picked up at the Summer School locations. Please see our nutrition website for details.

Our Saturday Attendance Academy students worked on an Earth Day initiative yesterday and came up with a few small ways for us to recognize Earth Day and bring awareness to the importance of taking care of our planet! They have asked for everyone to wear an “Earthy Color” like green, brown, camouflage, etc! Please share and spread the word! 🌍 🌎 🌏
