This, “not so young” man has been working at L&L for 40 wonderful years! Randy started out at the Pottstown location, our 1st location & has been here w/ us 40yrs later with 7+ L&L salons to come.

We all feel very blessed to work aside of Randy. He’s one of the most authentic, genuine, thoughtful, & talented people I know. He is truly our, “ team mascot” at Dville L&L. ✨

Again I’m honored to have learned so much working with Randy. It’s also been great to hear all the story’s from years past as well as clients sharing their photos & stories w/ us as well. 💇🏻‍♂️

Kayla Baker, RN. With 13+ years of experience in Esthetics. She has expanded her knowledge in skincare and is now providing Injectable services. Kayla has received training from the Allergan Medical Institute and specializes in Botox cosmetic, advanced skincare, and esthetic services. You can schedule an appointment with Kayla at our Pottstown or Douglassville locations!
