Welcome to Ms B's Seafood 🌻

She/he must be knowledgeable in cooking Deep fried Seafood and Southern Style Sides. Must know how to run a kitchen and all kitchen equipment ie., deep fryers, convection oven, stove with griddle and rice pots. Must be knowledgeable in the correct temperatures for all raw and cooked foods as well as first in first out rule. Manage kitchen staff, make sure food is prepared properly, taste level is maintained and food safety standards are adhered to at all times. Create seafood recipes. S/he is knowledgeable in food handling and environmental sanitation standards. Kitchen is kept well organized, supervise regular cleaning and disinfecting of kitchen equipment and the various kitchen surfaces. Ensure that the deep fryers and oil are kept clean at all times. Friendly and personable.
Also looking to hire a cooks helper, prep, sweep,mop and other task.

Skills/Qualifications:

Current ServSafe Certification (but not required)
Good leadership and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively in a team. Good organizational and problem solving skills
The ability to multi task and coordinate task
Time management
Open to new ideas
