Today, I’m grateful for the small miracles, the “coincidences” that I’m going to just recognize as the hand of God looking after me and my family. Going thru some logistical trials, but it’s just a car, and the family is safe.
Somehow at 1:30 am, the only working Uber driver in Montgomery,Alabama, who also was going home to call it a night, took one more look at his phone and decided he was in the mood for a 2 hour ,152 mile one way trip to get my family home.
I’m Calling this one a Miracle!!!

MAJOR STATUS UPDATE :
Homestar Financial has been my home for the last 14 years.
It was just announced today that they will be closing their doors by year end.
I'm working on finding a new home to start my new place, and will continue to originate mortgage loans and maintain positive relationships with my realtors, builders and clients.
In the meantime, I'll continue to take applications and work on closing out the loans in my pipeline.
Work doesn't stop due to a "bump in the road".
I'll keep everybody updated on my next step with where to merge into.

Just closed a buyer in 8 days!

They were being given the run around by a large national bank and were at risk of losing their contract on a home in a better school district and were about to lose $8K in Earnest Money.

Two days before the contract deadline he found out they were not getting the loan, so he called me and sought advice. I was able to find a solution and get him a better loan, and get the listing agent to help us get another 10 days on the contract.
