Our judges for the BBQ Cook Off today!!!
Thank you to Shane's Rib Shack, This Is It Southern Kitchen Douglasville, and Hudson's Hickory House, LLC for lending us these three to help in our competition.
There ended up only being two competitors that showed, Douglasville Police Department and Douglas County Sheriff's Office (Georgia), and although it was close, Douglasville Police Department remains the reigning champion 🏆.

Scot Hudson was a true community servant, but never seeking recognition for his selfless acts of kindness. Christmas was his absolute favorite time of the year. Every holiday season, Scot would actively ensure that local families were able to provide holiday joy. Throughout the years, he has helped countless families be able to provide for their children during Christmas season. As his daughter, I am honored to be able to continue my dad’s tradition and involve the community that he loved so much. {Scot Hudson Day was officially proclaimed by the Mayor's Office of The City of Douglasville on May 6th of 2021.}
We will be collecting unopened toy donations to help ensure underprivileged children in our community get the holiday season they deserve. *All donations will be distributed locally within the Douglas County community. Our partners are The Douglas County School System, S.H.A.R.E House, and JC Freedom House.
