JOB OVERVIEW
This position provides materials, equipment and supplies by directing, receiving, warehousing, distribution services and inventory management. The Warehouse Manager will maintain a clean, organized, effective, and safe warehouse in order to assist the company with its strategic goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Core responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
● Ensure that all employees in the warehouse area are in compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and other company-related policies and procedures.
● Ensure that the warehouse is safe, clean, and free of any health risks, as well as, handles issues with warehouse equipment
● Responsible for daily staging and dispatching of crews with correct materials for jobs.
● Ensure proper pad netting prepped for each job.
● Operates all warehouse equipment using specified safety standards for machines including forklift, carpet cutting machine and the trash compactor
● Organizes inventory using optimal space utilization and efficient inventory flow. This includes inventory management and inventory control with correct cycle counts.
● Make deliveries using the company vehicle for install and service technicians
● Monitor the daily schedule of incoming shipments and materials, and troubleshoot late shipments with carriers and vendors. Ensure all material stacked in the assigned area.
● Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the preparation of bills of lading, packing lists and other receiving and shipment documentation
● Schedule pick- ups and hauls for warehouse waste containers to ensure maximum cost-effectiveness.
● The ability to handle other duties as assigned
● Pick up / Delivery of installation related projects

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
● High school diploma or GED equivalent
● Must be 18 years or older
● Valid driver’s license
● Past forklift experience
● 2+ years working in a warehouse supervisory role with warehouse procedures and best practices
● Occasional carrying up to 50 pounds

District Service Manager oversees operations of multiple locations by providing leadership, feedback, and directing staff to assure exceptional customer service is met on all installation jobs. District Service Manager will set district goals and ensure that all employees and contractors adhere to company policy and safety rules and regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Core responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:
● Work directly with customers to solve end-user issues and answer questions regarding their installation project. Ensure to provide outstanding customer service.
● Act as a supervisor to all employees including assisting with performance evaluations of team members and provide feedback for improvement.
● Perform resource allocation, workload assignment and schedule management for projects.
● Manage team on a daily basis to meet or exceed company objectives. Address team concerns and provide direction whenever needed. Build a positive working and learning environment for team members.
● Prioritize performance issues to make certain that issues most directly affecting productivity are addressed first.
● Ensure all business operations are done in accordance with company standards. Immediately address any lapse in compliance with corporate policies, local, state or federal laws.
● Build strong working relationships and maintain effective communications with team members.
● Identify business challenges and suggest appropriate action plans.
● Ability to resolve complex complaints by investigating issues as they arise while providing an end resolution in a timely manner.

● Recruit and maintain subcontractor installer base to meet service levels. Ensure subcontractor liability compliance.

● Operates all warehouse equipment using specified safety standards for machines including forklift, carpet cutting machine and the trash compactor
● Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of materials to designations.
● Assist to schedule pick- ups and hauls for warehouse waste containers to ensure maximum cost-effectiveness.
● The ability to handle other duties as assigned
● Assist in Pick up / Delivery of installation related projects

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
● High school diploma or GED equivalent
● Must be 18 years or older
● Valid driver’s license
● Past forklift experience is a plus
● Ability to lift 50- 60 pounds without assistance
● Frequent standing, sitting, walking, stooping, balancing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, cleaning, exposure to heat and cold
● Able to work with all levels of staff
● Experience in flooring or general construction is a plus
● Ability to/learn how to drive a counterbalance fork truck with a carpet pole
● Ability to drive a 22–26-foot box truck perferred
● DMW Medical Card is a plus
