To Our Patients of Garrison Family Dental,
We would like to thank you for your loyalty to our practice. We are very proud to be your dental healthcare provider and look forward to many more years of care, health, and friendship.
Our office, like many others in the area, is in the midst of a statewide shortage of dental hygienists. Within the last few months our hygiene department has been affected by retirement and an out-of-state move. We are committed to finding replacements that will continue to provide the high level of care and caring you have come to expect. This search has proven to be challenging.
We are actively looking for replacements and ask for your patience during this time. The interval between cleaning visits at the office may be slightly longer than you are accustomed to. Our front desk team is working hard to minimize the number of disruptions being made to our/your schedule. If you have an urgent dental need, please do not hesitate to call and schedule time with Drs. Kanelos or Fredette.
Thank you in advance for your understanding.

To our wonderful patients:
It is with mixed emotions we announce the retirement of our long-time office manager, Mary Riordan. Many of you are aware Mary retired at the end of March. Mary has been like family to this office and has cultivated many friendships over the years. We are thankful for her hard work, dedication, and dependability. We are sad to see Mary go, but happy for her as she moves on to a new exciting chapter in her life. She will be missed by the patients and the entire team at Garrison Family Dental.
Mary, we wish you all the best and thank you for your many years of service at Garrison Family Dental. Enjoy retirement!

Starting off the new year with some exciting and new changes here at Garrison Family Dental. It’s a bittersweet time for all of us as we say goodbye to our colleague and friend Dr. Staples who retired last week after more than 30 years of practice serving our patients and community with pride. We will miss him, his expertise, professionalism, and camaraderie. Not to worry as you will likely see Dr. Staples around town either with his adorable grandchildren, working towards causes he and his wife Maureen hold dear to their heart, and continuing to work hard for the board positions he currently holds in the community.
As we say goodbye to Dr. Staples we also want to welcome Dr. Gregory Fredette who was handpicked by Dr. Staples as his successor.
Dr. Kanelos is very excited to welcome his new partner Dr. Fredette and looks forward to working together with him and the staff to carry on the exceptional care patients have become accustomed to at Garrison Family Dental.
Good luck to Dr. Staples in his retirement, and to Dr.’s Fredette and Kanelos as they embark on their new journey together.
Happy New Year to everyone!!!!
