Following a diet or eating cycle that works for YOU . Stop trying fad diets. They donโt work for everyone.
Being reminded that itโs a journey. Falling in love with every parts of it. The good the bad, the scary, the tired. Sticking through it all.
Being consistent . Nothing else above matter without this guy here.

Set small goals. Then turn them into big ones. Then make them long term.

๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ช: Once you start, you have to keep going. -thereโs always new goals.
โ๐๐ค๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: Itโs always you VS you. - donโt compare yourself to someone else. We are ALL different. Different goals, body types, genetics, different sizes. Different body frames.
โ๐ ๐ฃ๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐๐ : Take lots of pics -you wonโt ever instantly notice change. The scale wonโt always move. But itโs how your clothes fit, how you see yourself and the small changes that matter over time. (Health)
Be thankful for ever parts of your journey. The good, the ugly, the bad. You never wake up like this. You fight every day. You fight through cravings, You fight through discouraging people, You fight through excuses. You fight through lots of stress and depression to finally find yourself and created a life that makes you happy.
You fought for the woman You are today.
As you look back , you will realize itโs all worth fighting for.
Anything worth having is always worth fighting for.

I HAD A DREAM AND GAVE IT A SHOT.
Let me start by introducing myself, my name is Nikki Constant and I used to chase the exact same goal as you are now, but I will get to that in a bit. Let me tell you a little bit about myself and my background, Iโm born and raised in a small town Salisbury Maryland. I moved to Delaware and have lived here ever since 2009 chasing my dream on becoming a better version of myself in and out of the gym...
Iโve been wanting to grow in my fitness journey, the more I see how much misinformation thatโs thrown around now and days, especially with social media becoming such a huge influence of today's society. But I didnโt always used to be so into fitness and whatโs right and whats' wrong, I thought all you have to do is just working out, right?
