We had a beautiful day celebrating the groundbreaking of Twenty Lake Holdings' speculative development in Denver, Colorado.

The industrial facility will span 97,336 SF with a 32’ clear height and 8 dock positions on the west walls. The warehouse will be built to accommodate up to 4 tenants and feature 2,200 SF of speculative office space. In an area heavily concentrated within the industry, it will stand out as a versatile and architecturally appealing facility for a multitude of future end users. The new development is a testament to the growth and prosperity of Adams County, a hub for new business opportunities and commercial ventures.

Congratulations to the project team and Twenty Lake Holdings for reaching another significant milestone. We look forward to our continued partnership and the project's completion.

Happy Juneteenth! Today, we celebrate freedom, honor Black history and commit to a brighter, more inclusive future for all.

Our team has recently turned over this 123,246 SF facility comprised of 3 floors above grade and a basement. In collaboration with the city, we constructed a community center within the facility that includes various spaces such as art galleries for local emerging artists, accessible meeting rooms, and general public areas to foster community engagement.

The facility is fully conditioned and has a total of 966 units. We are pleased to design and deliver a project that aligns with the New Jersey "Old Town" Charm by including cast stone with brick accents in the façade. Calling all industry professionals in Chicagoland with daughters aged 8-12! ARCO/Murray is excited to announce our second annual female youth day camp hosted by Female Strong taking place in ARCO/Murray’s Downers Grove, Illinois gym.

This year, the one-day camp will offer opportunities for girls aged 8-12 to learn how to build confidence and set personal goals, while exploring the world of STEM. The girls will also interact with female ARCO associates who will share their experiences, insights, and career journeys through interactive and hands-on activities. This will not only be an exciting opportunity for the girls but also a chance to take risks, have fun and explore their passions.

The camp will take place on Wednesday, July 31st. Drop off is at 9:00 AM and pick-up at 4:00 PM.

What is Female Strong? It’s a non-profit organization created to provide hands-on programming, mentorship and experiences that build confidence in middle and high school girls. Students within Female Strong are equipped with skills to build their future and pursue dream careers. This safe space allows girls to explore themselves in a supportive and inclusive environment.

We've hit a significant project milestone for our Self Storage Facility in Miami, Florida, where we have officially topped out, and we’re getting dried in! A milestone worth celebrating!

This 98,572 SF, 3 story building will be fully air conditioned and consist of a combination of both EIFS and Glass façade, giving the building a sleek and modern appearance. We are super excited to continue the momentum to get this facility completed and turned over to our valued partner, DXD Capital, later this year!

The anticipation is over. Publication firm REjournal, recently held the Illinois REjournal 2024 Real Estate Awards, and the results are in.

We are proud to share that ARCO/Murray has been named the General Contractor of the Year in the Industrial Category! The celebration does not stop there. Our trusted partners, By the Hand Club for Kids and Intentional Sports and Grace + Peace, received the Government/Community Project of the Year award for our collaboration on the North Austin Community Center in the south side of Chicago. We are excited to announce the groundbreaking of BBX Logistics Properties' new development, The Park at Delray! The 3-Building, 600,000+ SF warehouse development, located off State Road 7 west of Delray Beach, brings much-needed storage space for area businesses.

The Park at Delray will include a 12-acre preserve area and ecologically enhanced landscaping to minimize impacts on surrounding areas. This project highlights ARCO/Murray's commitment to delivering top-notch solutions that meet the evolving needs of the logistics industry.

Warehouse complex west of Delray hailed as 'game changer' for Palm Beach County's economy Officials say The Park at Delray will bring warehouse space to a region that has little of it. It will rise on the site of the Mulvehill Nursery.

Today, we remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

To help honor the memory of those we lost, members of ARCO/Murray's Milwaukee office volunteered last week for the 5th Annual Field of Flags event. 27,316 flags were placed at Veterans Park representing Wisconsin's killed in action from the Civil War through present day. The flags will be on display through May 30th. They serve as a symbolic reminder to never forget our fallen.

Our team recently wrapped up a noteworthy project in Charleston, SC!
This expansive climate-controlled self storage complex boasts 100,217 square feet across seven buildings, including six convenient drive-up structures and a multi-story building. Navigating through complex phases, our team ensured every detail met rigorous climate control and infrastructure standards.

This year, ARCO/Murray sponsored and volunteered for Chicago River Day, a significant program that brings thousands of volunteers together to learn about and clean local waterways. In partnership with Friends of the Chicago River, our associates spent a Saturday afternoon cleaning polluted rivers in the city, improving health, accessibility, and river quality for people and wildlife.

There’s a lot of exciting development ahead in the Milwaukee market, including a new 337,000 SF air cargo facility at MKE Regional Business Park. It will be a multi-phase, ground-up project adjacent to General Mitchell Airport. The site was formerly an airbase for the 440th Airlift Wing of the U.S. Air Force.
