For a recent client, we renovated their kitchen and opened the space up by removing an existing load bearing wall. The client wanted a more open concept kitchen to dining and living space and we were able to do so by tearing down the load bearing wall and design a new support system in the ceiling to provide them with a free-flowing area that was better for entertaining and made the space look much bigger.
