After the recent announcement that conforming loan limits are increasing, the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) has just announced an increase to FHA loan limits for 2023 as well! FHA loans offer down payment minimums as low as 3.5% and flexible credit score requirements, and these increased limits allow qualified FHA borrowers to buy or refinance homes for larger amounts than before.
