12/21/22 My meal for the day: 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with butter, 2 eggs with a slice of turkey breast and cheddar cheese. Then 1 lb. of ground beef with 1/2 of an onion.
Today's (break fast) meal consisted of: 16 ozs. of coffee milk, 2 whole wheat toast with butter, 1 lb of ground beef and 3 eggs.
Whew I'm stuffed!
BTW I weighed in at 304 first thing this morning.
