It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I pass this information on to all friends and family on FB. Yesterday I lost my longest and dearest friend and sister, Fran. Words cannot express the roller coaster of emotions I am feeling now. She will always be remembered as the kindhearted, loving person that she was. You will be truly missed by many of the people whose lives you have touched.❤
Congratulations to our 2024-2025 Slate of Officers who were installed today at our District 10 Spring Meeting.

The month of April is dedicated to Child Abuse Awareness. A Child’s Light is aware and working towards healing children by funding mental health services for children who experienced severe trauma. We hope you never need to call us but if you do, we will be there because every kid deserves to shine ✨🌟
In one 8 hour day, A CHILD’S LIGHT, received 7 desperate calls and emails from caregivers/parents and schools and county agencies looking for help for children who have experienced severe abuse. A CHILD’S LIGHT answered the calls and is working to secure mental health supports for these kiddos. We do this all with your financial contributions. A CHILD’S LIGHT is not a county contractor so we do not receive support from Chester County or the State of PA. Children on our community need mental health services and with YOUR help we help them every day!!
Please donate today using our fast and safe QR code or by going to our website @ childslight.com and consider making a monthly donation so we can continue to make our future healthy and happy!
Wonderfully Me Incorporated supporting young girls to become confident women.
Part 1
In recognition of Women's History Month, Wonderfully Me showcased the leadership, courage, and strength of women and their contributions to our country's history and well-being. Four volunteers dressed in costume shared stories and accomplishments, reminiscent of a wax museum figure. Today, we will focus on two of these remarkable individuals.
Our first highlight is on the suffragette movement and its significance in securing women's right to vote with the passage of the 19th amendment in 1920. The importance of maintaining this hard-won right was emphasized for future voters. Additionally, we discussed the iconic 'Rosie the Riveter' poster and how it symbolizes the capacity of women to excel in traditionally male-dominated roles, a message that resonates strongly today.
