My name is Lisa Kenny and I am the founder of Lisa Catherine Coaching. I am a certified health and wellness coach and yoga instructor. I am a mother of 2 spunky boys and a wife to an amazing man. As a mother, I know how difficult it is to put focus back on yourself after having children; however, I also know how important and necessary it is!
Lisa Catherine Coaching provides health coaching services for busy moms with young children. I focus on helping moms regain their identity and make themselves a priority in the midst of a selfless season of life. I offer virtual individual and group sessions done through video calls as to cater to mom’s busy schedules and moms that are located all around the world.
