We'll be at our happy place this Friday Dripping Springs Distilling from 4-8PM serving up our goodies with our good friends Evan's Soft Serve and some great weather! I've got something new I stumbled upon the other day in the kitchen and think it'll be a hit. Brisket friets, I started dipping these seasoned potato wedges in a Cajun cream sauce and I said to myself.. SELF!😂 The people need this in their LIFE🤤😄so here I am writing this post bringing it out this Friday. We hope to see you out and about and as always I appreciate your continued support 🙏♥️

🍔$11 Brisket Smashburger -Fresh ground seasoned brisket, cheddar cheese, thin sliced onions and bacon on a sesame seed bun. Make it a double for $3 more or add Jalapeno's for FREE🤯

🌮$13 Brisket Tacos- Smoked and chopped brisket, cheese on El Milagro corn tortillas. Three to a order and salsa at condiment station.

⛵$5 Boat of Mac N Cheese top it with brisket for $4 more and make it a meal!

We post our menu mostly on Friday at 8 AM no later than early Sunday morning. If you would like to purchase a taste tester or monthly subscription you need to do so before 11 AM Sunday to insure your Tuesday delivery. We don't offer purchasing of one particular item such as let's say a taste tester of five orders of our brisket tacos, that cheat code doesn't work.

If you would like to purchase our brisket in bulk feel free to contact us for pricing. We create tasty meals that are smoked, braised, stewed, grilled and just about anyway you can cook it we do it. Fall is upon us so soup's, stews and hearty meals will be making their way in our meal preps. These meal preps are now on the tasty side, my catering jobs mostly fund the food I make in the meal prep service. This service was a idea my wife had in 2020 right at the pandemic and it's still going strong today.

First I'd like to apologize for the people we had to turn away at tonight's pop-up. We normally don't have this happen and lately we've actually been donating leftover product to the fire department nearby because we haven't sold out lately. This was probably the biggest turnout I've seen at Arrowhead ever and these things are hard to judge but what a sight to see.
