Two perfect strangers that share a birthday donated on the same day and received their birthday blanket. This kind man donated blood on the 4th anniversary of his mother’s life saving surgery that took place across the street from our blood drive. When asked what his mom’s name is, we found out that her name is the same as the phlebotomist’s name that collected the donor’s blood.
