What a difference the black made!

This one is coming together nicely. Rails and balusters are all cut and mocked up. Time to deconstruct it all again and paint everything.

Before and after on this existing treated deck that was heavily water damaged. We replaced it with composite and conceal lock fasteners to give the surface a solid clean and smooth look and feel. Before and after on a deck rebuild. This customer had a severely water damaged deck surface. The staircase was very unstable and needed rebuilt as well. We cutom made all the railings and black metal spindles to give this outdoor area the face-lift it needed. Needless to say they were very happy with the outcome. This customer wanted to replace these 4 casement windows with something that would allow more light in and keep all of the outside elements out of the room. We suggested a picture window with two gliders on either side to give her the light and security she was looking for. The upside to gliders on each side of the picture window vs adding casements back in, is that both of the gliders are easily removable from the frame and allow for a sunroom type feel in the spring and summer months, with a picture window in the middle and two screened in openings on both sides for both fresh air and to prevent any obstruction from the main picture. Before and after on a sunroom window replacement. The old casement windows became in operable and were very drafty. We replaced them with new gliders and a few picture windows to give the room a great open feel while ensuring the elements stay outside and the room holds the desired temperature inside. An upside to gliders is during the spring and summer months you can easily remove the sashes from the window frame and have a completely open yet screened in room. Customer wanted to add a nice entrance to the front of their home. We poured the floor then custom built in the roof line and cedar gable. This customer wanted to update the home they had just purchased to a more modern clean and sleek look. We removed all the old railings and painted the baseboards and window trim along with the walls artic white with black sill accents. We laid an LVT snap flooring over the existing tile floor. We removed the old risers and treads on the staircase and then stained and installed new ones to match the flooring. Finally the custom wrought iron railing really completed this look perfectly! A customer wanted new solid core oak doors to solidify the sounds in each room through out the main floor. They wanted to replace the hollow core doors that were thin and noisey. We ordered the slabs and routed out our own hinge placements as well as bored out the holes for the handle hardware. We then color matched the stain to the existing casing in the home.
