I want all of my Ohio friends, family and followers to know the severity of the severe weather situation tomorrow. "POTENTIALLY SUBSTANTIAL SEVERE WEATHER OUTBREAK -- POSSIBLY
INCLUDING A FEW SIGNIFICANT/LONG-TRACK TORNADOES"

The SPC has raised concerns to a level 4/5 including the risk of long track, significant tornadoes for essentially all of Ohio tomorrow afternoon and evening.

I have been doing this for 14 years and it is rare if I raise alarm bells. But please, learn from previous events. Take tomorrow seriously. I don't want to dig any friends or family out of rubble if this event comes to forecast like it's looking. Have a plan. Take it seriously and seek shelter. This is your warning.

UPDATE: Effective immediately, the City of Delaware is implementing the following rules to conserve water.
• Suspend ALL outdoor watering through Wednesday night (June 7)
• Starting Thursday, June 8, outdoor watering is restricted to every other day (even/odd dates based on whether your address ends with an even/odd number)

Due to unseasonably warm temperatures and lack of rainfall, the City of Delaware is experiencing record water demands – and more dry weather is in the immediate forecast. Demand is exceeding the water pumping capacity. If this trend continues, the water distribution system will lose pressure and service. We must reduce demand to avoid loss of service, so we can continue to provide uninterrupted water service for both the health and safety of our residents.
