1936 Packard Super Eight
The 1936 Packard Super Eight is a true American classic, known for its elegance and power. This particular car, with its striking cream color and gleaming chrome accents, is a testament to the Art Deco design of the era. Toyota showcased its new portable hydrogen cartridges at the Japan Mobility Show Bizweek 2024. These compact cartridges can power cars, indoor and outdoor appliances, and fuel-cell tools. Designed for convenience, they resemble large batteries with handles and can be carried by hand or stored in a backpack.

Toyota also demonstrated a hydrogen-powered cooker developed with Rinnai Corporation, highlighting plans to integrate hydrogen technology into future products to reduce carbon emissions.

1936 Packard One Twenty Convertible Victoria

This 1912 Locomobile Model 48 Type M Touring can now be found in the museum's E.L. Cord Gallery of Entrepreneurship. It is exhibited through the courtesy of William Richmond, Australia.

The Locomobile Company of America was founded in 1899 in Watertown, Massachusetts before moving production to Bridgeport, Connecticut in 1901. In 1903, the company moved from steam cars to internal combustion high-powered, high-cost luxury automobiles. The Model 48 was introduced in 1911 and became their most revered model.

This 1912 Locomobile was restored and modified to participate in the Peking, China to Paris, France run in 2018. Lights were converted to LED, 12-volt outlets for communication equipment were installed, and mounting was made above the front and rear seating for beds. The grueling, 7,500 mile run was completed in 39 days, averaged 192 miles per day over varied rough and paved roadways. Following the run, the Locomobile was fully restored as it is enjoyed today.
