For this model home in the Charlotte market, the builder wanted a clean, crisp, modern style to showcase for future builds in this lakefront community. Our expert designer used a mix of painted black and stained hickory on this model. The use of hickory is stunning with the dark walnut stain adding a hint of texture.

This kitchen features 8" upper wall cabinets with touch latches, a dry bar area with floating shelves that wrap around to the hidden pantry, a 48" range and a custom hood to match the aesthetics throughout the home design. Inside the hidden pantry includes wall-to-wall floating shelves. The laundry room is super stylish with the floating/hanging shelving detail. The powder room includes a floating vanity.

As a contractor and realtor duo, these customers had great ideas and a vision for this fixer upper house. It needed quite a bit of work to bring it up to date, but the clients saw the potential and its prime location. Our expert designer worked with the couple to create an incredible opportunity for a future buyer.

The renovated space features Evergreen Evercore cabinets, a double pull-out wastebasket, lazy susan, blind corner with chrome swingout, lots of tall pantry storage and fun floating shelves. Congratulations to our March Kitchen-of-the-Month finalist from Middlefield, Ohio.

For this new home build, the goal was to capture a warm Scandinavian style, with natural textures, tones, and clean lines. Neutrals were used as the main palette for the space, complimented with subtle pops of color as needed for accents. The space features pocket doors for a hidden microwave, floating shelves, and pullout trash. Congrats to our March Kitchen-of-the-Month Finalist out of Nashville.

The clients of this new kitchen asked for a simplistic design with subtle accents for a welcoming tone. The design features a wood cove hood with blower unit, microwave drawer cabinet, double trash bin, core guard sink base, roll-out trays and pot and pan drawers. Congratulations to our March Kitchen-of-the-Month finalist from Cortland, Ohio.

For this project, the homeowners wanted their kitchen to match the new feeling of the rest of their updated home. They wanted their space to make a bold statement. This was achieved with cabinets to the ceiling with double-stacked crown molding for the whole room. All top cabinets have art-leaded glass doors. There are deluxe end panels on every exposed cabinet side. Whatnot shelves were placed to the left and right of the sink. Matching custom decorative appliance panels were installed for the dishwasher and refrigerator. There are ten rollout trays, a double trash pullout and cutlery tray. This home previously had a very small kitchen. Our expert designer helped the homeowner open the space up by moving the kitchen to what used to be the living room area and tearing down walls to open up the space. The goal for this remodel was to add more space and update the look and functionality of the kitchen. The footprint of the old kitchen was only about 1/3 of the size of the new one. Our expert designer worked with an architect to open up the space. They worked around the new support beam to give the homeowner the kitchen of their dreams. There is plenty of storage in this kitchen, with helpful rollout trays throughout and spice and utensil pullouts near the range.
