Then reverse engineer the vision into years, quarters, and months with an action plan of the WHO and WHAT we need to do to make the Vivid Vision a reality…

Once it is finalized, I will share it with our team and clients so everyone can see where we are at, and where we are going…

As a visionary, it is exciting to push the boundaries and innovate while leading and pushing the decorated apparel industry forward…

We first started researching how to do this over a year ago. If you google it, there are a lot of blogs detailing how to get in…

There are only 2 studios in the World. New York and London. And London just reopened for Live in person classes…

The pandemic caused this massive spike in Peloton users but also caused the studios to shut down until last year. So the supply and demand of doing an in person class is crazy…

Classes are Friday-Monday, which they just started adding the Monday classes. They are $35 ea. Classes open 6 weeks in advance and fill up within minutes. I spent a lot of time waiting in online “queue” just to get on the “waitlist” for Amanda and then finally getting selected…

For a fitness drop in class, some might think $35 is a lot for a 30 or 45 minute class, but when you look at the demand and scarcity of getting in, they could easily charge double. Plus the added “celebrity” effect of the instructors who have millions of social media followers and the studio being recorded gives it the “tv show” effect of being part of the experience Live…

Fascinating to see how this user experience creates brand loyalty, user generated content, and an emotional connection by doing it Live with other users and the instructors you’ve come to like from a virtual setting…

As Peloton stock and membership fell recently with the post pandemic wind down. I think a good move would be to open up more studios or even do “pop up” live studio experiences in major cities throughout the World. Think Disney for fitness, where they continue to take the on screen and virtual experience to real life and create memorable moments.
