This is a question I get asked a lot!
Not all muscle tension and knots are formed the same.
The most common way they are formed are through repetitive motion when we are playing a sport or are at work we get in the habit of doing the same motions.

Stretching is a great way to combat this along with regular bodywork to help keep muscle loose and supple.

I think it's about time I officially introduce myself.

Hi 👋
My name is Ciarra I started my massage journey in 2017 after graduating Lake Superior College's massage therapy program, with over 650 hours of training, becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist and have since worked along-side multiple chiropractor and natural health practitioners.

My equine massage journey began with my own horse who struggled with on and off lameness issues. In 2020 I decided to attend an equine sports massage course and I have continued my education through Angels Animals LLC, Therasage EMC, Sozo Equine, and ABMP.

My goal is to bringing a high quality holistic approach to improving the lives of both you and your horse. My top priority is to provide exceptional therapeutic services to each and every client. I believe that a whole body approach can help improve rider and equine performance either on the trails or in the show ring.
