We will accept new rhythmic gymnastics students for classes starting August 11, with or without experience. For girls 7 years old and up, but younger girls may be permitted after an assessment.

Duration: Basic 1 hour, Pre-team 1.5-2 hours, Team 2-2.5 hours
Performance or Competition stream will be available beyond the Basic Class. Pre-team and Team are by invitation only.

We will offer rhythmic gymnastics lessons at Ultimate Gymnastics in the summer. Girls 7 years and up may register for any number of days, but taking 3 or more days is recommended for actual learning.

2016-2017 class has ended, and there is no summer class. Starting Fall 2017, we will offer a Rhythmic Xpress competition opportunity. It is a recreational competition program that focuses on personal progress rather than competitive placement. Any students can join, but the space may be limited.
Class: 5:30-7:00 pm on Tuesdays
Fees: USA Gymnastics membership fee, Competition entry fee, Competition coach fee, etc
Parent involvement: Assistance at competitions we host; Parent meeting if called

Our new season has started with many talented gymnasts, who are inspired by Elena. Looking forward to their progress through the great combination of Nancy's instruction and Elena's demonstration.

Elena will show her performance with our students and her own routine performance at Spring Fling of Ultimate Gymnastics today (2:30-4:30 pm). Free admission.

Observing correct skills of a top gymnast is essential for learning rhythmic gymnastics. We are proud to be the only program in Georgia (and South) to work with a National Team Member and a National Judge/Coach. Our program is slightly adjusted due to growth.
Tuesday 5:30-7:00 pm: Open
Friday 5:30-6:30 pm: By invitation (private/semi-private)
Saturday 9:00-10:00 am: By invitation
Additional private lessons may be offered by invitation.
