Our DSGW Associate Team is a talented and passionate group of architects, interior designers and project managers!
This week, they gathered off-site to focus on understanding the evolving needs of our clients and the marketplace. With AI, Building Science, Building Security, and Regenerative Design initiatives reshaping our industry, we can't control the external forcesâbut we can embrace them. By designing with these factors in mind, we often achieve even better outcomes.
And don't let the first couple of photos fool youâthey also know how to have some fun! Senior Architect Angie couldn't make it to the retreat, but we made sure she was part of the experience. (Even the baseball fans got caught up in it--gotta love the toga!)
A huge thank you to this incredible crew for their dedication to learning, their expertise, and their mentorship. We are grateful for their continuous growth and the positive impact they have on our team and projects.

Master Planning â it's the heart and soul of every endeavor that seeks success. We take a deep dive to gain an understanding, thoroughly examine potential hurdles, and pave the way for confident decision-making. Much more than gauging current needs and shaping ultimate designs, we'll support you through every detail.
Master Planning is a way of building harmony among all involved parties, keeping an eye on demographic changes and trends, and pinpointing economically beneficial strategies that keep you in the lead.
