Hello Everyone!
It's Awesome August and the start of our 14th year here at the Coppertop.
We have our distribution on the 17th and we look forward to seeing you all.
ITEMS TO NOTE:
1) They are resurfacing Rice Lake Road, so Skyline Parkway will be busy, possibly making access a bit challenging.
2) Please be patient and we will work to get you in (and out) as efficiently as possible.
3) Distribution begins at 4:30 and we still appreciate boxes (the size of apple or banana boxes work best).
4) We will post the product list AS SOON as we get it.

As per our present 'new normal', it will again be the drive-thru format.... So please come with an empty trunk or clear backseat to receive your bundle(s). We welcome boxes (in the banana box size is best) to be 'exchanged' for your groceries.

Where to start??
We'll open with a "Thanks to those prayers for dry weather", as the rain held off until our distribution and clean-up were complete.

WOW!?! Nothing can be said except WOW! Last evening had to be darn near the fastest ever that our parking lot was full and we were essentially sold out by 4:40...😕 Our distribution had only started at 4:30. We ultimately served 200+ households!!
Thank you to all of our remarkable volunteers, you made it all happen again!! And thank you to YOU, our Guests, for your participation, patience and courteousness.

We would like to extend our sincerest apologies to those that ended up receiving only partial shares... We have already made adjustments to our forecast for next month to avoid a repeat of that situation.

Everyone, please stay safe, get out, and enjoy the sunshine when you can. We are already looking ahead to when we meet again in June, on the 15th!

A reminder Our May distribution is this Thursday, May 18, 2023 at First United Methodist Church (Coppertop) in Duluth of course!

Our distribution will begin at 4:30 PM and will be the drive-thru distribution. Please have your $25 cash share donation ready and a cleaned out trunk (or backseat) so there is room for your food share(s).

REMEMBER: Ruby's Pantry is for ANYONE that eats and is looking to extend their monthly grocery budget. Come & extend that monthly grocery budget especially with the rising grocery prices.

Hello everyone! We hope that you have been able to get yourselves dug out and are now preparing for this next go 'round for tomorrow and Friday.

OUR MARCH DISTRIBUTION HAS ALREADY BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR NEXT WEEK -MARCH 23RD.

The weather pundits are forecasting 4" for our evening commute tomorrow and while it is small compared to what we have on the ground already, we have decided to err on the side of caution.

AGAIN... Our March distribution will be next week -on the 23rd!
