Weight Loss Challenge Guidelines and Schedule

This Weight Loss Challenge begins July 1st and 2nd it will be completed in mid September. • Coaches are independent business persons; they are solely and exclusively responsible for the operation and details of each Weight Loss Challenge. • The purchase or consumption of Herbalife® products in conjunction with your participation is recommended, but not required. These are tools we know that work and will assist in your journey, it is your choice to use them.
The Participation Fee of $35 for each individual that joins. This covers all prize payouts, 100% of money paid in is paid out to winners. The club or coaches take no profit in this challenge.
The Weight-Gain Fee is $1.00 per pound for weight gained since the last recorded weigh-in. This is added to prize payouts.
The Absence Fee is $5 for each absence. One (1) absence is allowed without penalty.
The Participation Fee is fully refundable if requested by the participant within the first 48 hours of the Challenge start date.
Weight-Loss Payouts are paid to the top 3 weight losers as follows: (more winners may be paid dependent on amount of participants)
1st place: percent will be decided based on amount of challengers and paid to the person who has lost the greatest percentage of his/her body weight by the end of the Challenge.
2nd place: percent will be decided based on amount of challengers and paid to the person who has lost the second greatest percentage of his/her body weight by the end of the Challenge.
3rd place: percent will be decided based on amount of challengers and paid to the person who has lost the third greatest percentage of his/her body weight by the end of the Challenge.
Inches Payout is paid to the participant who loses the most inches; this winner receives all money collected from Weight-Gain and Absence Fees.
NEW Challenge Requirements
8 Workouts- . Participants will be required to attend a minimum of 8 workouts. Workout times will be scheduled in advance and with varying times to accommodate as best we can. ALL workouts will have modifications so all can participate.
Each participant will be assigned to a “team”. The participants will receive additional assistance, motivation and support from their assigned coach.
Team Challenges will be facilitated for each team to compete against other teams for prizes throughout the challenge.
These need to be completed to be eligible to win a cash prize in challenge.
Communication and Education
The group will primarily communicate in a private Facebook group. This group will be limited to challengers and club coaches. If you have questions, tips, advice, motivation, please speak freely as this is a great community for all.
Coaches will post schedules, education, tips, and such on this page.
Herbalife product information will be shared on this page.
Weigh Ins
Weigh Ins will be scheduled due to size of the group. You will need to make your scheduled time within 5 minutes or it will be considered a missed weigh in.
Weigh Ins will be scheduled the week prior.
The initial weigh in, 6th week weigh in, and final weigh in will take 15-20 minutes as full body scans and measurements will be taken. All other weigh-ins should take approx. 5 minutes.
At the initial and final weigh-in pictures will be taken for a before and after. Please wear something that shows you, avoid oversized sweatshirts and such. Also, please try to remember what outfit you first weigh in with and wear that for the final weigh in. These will not be used on facebook or in clubs without challengers consent.
Fitness Classes and Activity
The club will offer fitness classes to you FREE of charge during this challenge. The classes will be scheduled ahead of time. If you are scheduled and do not attend there will be a $5 fee charged that will go to the instructor. 8 classes will be required throughout the challenge.
Herbalife
We promote Herbalife products.
Challengers will receive 25% of products for home during the challenge.
Challengers will also receive a one time 25% off of loyalty punch cards. This will only be offered the 1st week of the challenge.
Team Nutrition
Team Nutrition is a privately owned club that supports community and healthy living.
The club and its coaches will provide you with good products and support throughout this challenge.
The club creates an environment free of judgment. We will provide accountability, encouragement, and promote long lasting healthy lifestyles.
